Telemetry events submitted through the ingestion endpoint are processed on behalf of the customer, who remains the data controller. Syncpoint Labs acts as processor.
Raw events are retained for 30 days by default. Aggregates are retained for 13 months. Customers may configure shorter periods per project.
Projects pinned to a region have their event data stored and processed only within that region.
